Shandong Jinfeng Trading Co., Ltd.Located in Licheng District, Jinan, our company has been deeply engaged in the construction machinery parts sector for fifteen years, operating as a modern, integrated industrial‑trade enterprise. Over the past decade and a half, we have remained committed to the R&D and manufacturing of filtration consumables and the comprehensive supply of all categories of engineering components. Leveraging our robust end-to-end capabilities across research, production, and sales, we have established a strong presence in both domestic and international markets, seamlessly integrating independent manufacturing, inventory management, channel distribution, and import‑export trade into a fully integrated value chain.

The company operates its own production facilities and quality‑inspection laboratory. Its proprietary brand, Manzhichen, features filter elements that are entirely developed in‑house. We specialize in manufacturing air filters, oil filters, diesel fuel filters, and hydraulic oil filters tailored for excavators, loaders, and heavy‑duty trucks. From material selection and molding to final product testing, every step is rigorously controlled in‑house. We also offer custom modifications to meet specific requirements, compatible with mainstream construction equipment from SANY, XCMG, Volvo, Komatsu, Hitachi, Kobelco, Caterpillar, Isuzu, and other leading manufacturers—delivering OEM‑level filtration performance at exceptional value.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What is your production lead time?

A: Typically, once we receive your deposit and confirm all details, our production lead time is 15 to 30 business days. For small‑batch trial orders, we can arrange expedited delivery. The exact delivery schedule will be confirmed on the Proforma Invoice, based on your order quantity and product specifications.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: For automotive parts orders, we accept a variety of payment methods. Common options include T/T (telegraphic transfer) and an L/C at sight. Typically, a 30% deposit is paid prior to production, with the remaining 70% settled before shipment. For long-term partnerships, other payment terms can be negotiated.

Q: Which port do you ship from?

A: We are located in Shandong, China, and our preferred port of shipment is Qingdao Port. We can also arrange shipment from Shanghai, Ningbo, or other Chinese ports upon your request. We offer both FOB and CIF trade terms.

Q: Do you offer custom manufacturing for automotive parts?

A: We offer OEM and ODM services. You can provide drawings, OEM part numbers, or samples to help us develop the product. Please submit detailed specifications so we can assess feasibility and prepare a quotation for you.

Q: Can I obtain samples before placing a bulk order?

A: Yes, we can provide samples. We will first charge a sample fee and the courier shipping costs; once you place a formal order and the quantity meets our minimum order requirement, the sample fee will be refunded. The production lead time for samples is approximately 3–7 business days.

Q: How do you package automotive parts?

A: Standard packaging: the inner layer uses plastic bags or bubble wrap, while the outer layer is an export-grade cardboard box. For heavy, fragile, or large‑size automotive components, we employ wooden crates or pallets for additional reinforcement and protection, ensuring they remain undamaged during long‑distance sea freight. Custom packaging is also available upon request.
